April Residential Park Home Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The promotion is valid for deposits paid between April 1, 2025, and April 30, 2025, inclusive.

Offer Details:

Eligible purchasers will receive free annual estate fees for the first year of occupancy when a deposit is paid on a residential park home at any of the following EKOS Group parks:

• Outhill View
  
  
• Haveringland Hall
  
  
• Dales View
  
  
• Carlton Manor
  
  
• Coastal Retreat
  
  
• Harvey’s Nurseries
  
  
• Merry Hill

To Qualify:

• The deposit must be paid in full between April 1, 2025, and April 30, 2025.
  
  
• The promotion applies only to new residential park home purchases.
  
  
• The purchaser must be aged 45 or over (or over 50 at Walworth Castle Park).
  
  
• The park home must be located in one of the specified EKOS Group parks.
  
  

Free Annual Estate Fees:

• Covers estate/park fees for the first 12 months from the date the purchaser moves into the park home.
  
  
• The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  
  
• Any additional services or upgrades outside of standard estate fees are not included.
  
  

The Promotion:

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other EKOS Group promotion.
  
  
• Is not available to existing EKOS Group park home residents or employees.
  
  
• Cannot be claimed retrospectively for deposits paid before April 1, 2025.
  
  

Liability:

• EKOS Group is not responsible for any delays or issues related to move-in dates or service activation.
  
  
• Any ongoing estate fees beyond the first 12 months are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  
  

General:

• EKOS Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
